experienced and results‑driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative
to join our established team. We’re looking for a professional who already knows the fast‑paced world of automotive BDC operations — someone confident in handling leads, building relationships, and driving traffic to our showroom.
This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on results, understands the customer journey, and knows how to turn interest into appointments and appointments into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Professionally handle all inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, text, and web inquiries
Convert customer interest into confirmed sales appointments through consistent follow‑up and relationship building
Leverage your prior BDC or automotive sales experience to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Provide detailed and accurate information on vehicles, promotions, and dealership programs
Maintain thorough and organized lead tracking using the CRM system
Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth handoff and outstanding customer experience
Stay current on product knowledge, dealership promotions, and market trends
Perform additional duties as needed to support BDC operations
Requirements
Previous experience in an automotive BDC, internet sales, or similar role is required
Proven ability to manage a high volume of leads with professionalism and urgency
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow‑up skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and online communication tools
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and driven to achieve measurable goals
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must pass pre‑employment background screenings
