We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team and work directly with our Founder & CEO. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and being the glue that keeps multiple projects and businesses running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team across multiple businesses.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft and manage correspondence, meeting summaries, and follow-up action items.
• Support the execution of real estate, construction, and hospitality projects — coordinating with attorneys, consultants, and municipal officials as needed.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and event logistics for business and personal commitments.
• Assist with general operations — from HR onboarding and vendor coordination to preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Who You Are
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator — able to confidently draft and respond to executive-level correspondence.
• Proactive and resourceful — you anticipate needs before they’re voiced.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities across real estate, construction, hospitality, and family office ventures.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Professional, polished, and trustworthy — able to represent the CEO and company with discretion and composure.

Preferred Experience
• 3–7 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive, preferably in real estate, construction, private equity, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
• Experience managing high-level communications and sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if experience demonstrates exceptional capability.
