Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
Set up production lines and respond to maintenance calls.
Perform preventive maintenance using Fiix CMMS.
Diagnose and repair 'Grody's' meat slicing machines on grill lines.
Work with control panels containing PLCs, transformers, drives, and servo drives.
Diagnose PLCs and drives using a laptop and load programs from the server.
Pull out and diagnose motors and servo motors for replacement.
Maintain mechanical systems including gearboxes, shafts, and chain sprockets.
Handle wrapping machines and robotic lines with Codian and Fanuc robots.
Adjust parameters using HMI on robotic lines.
Perform infrequent maintenance on flash freezing rooms and boilers.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience up to 480V systems.
Ability to understand electrical schematics for diagnostics.
Proficiency in reading and understanding ladder logic in PLCs.
Skill in pulling programs from servers into drives and PLCs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical background in maintenance on motors and gearboxes.
Experience with Allen-Bradley, Allen Bradley PLC, PowerFlex, Ultra 3000, Kinetics 5500.
Knowledge in robotics, specifically Fanuc and Codian.
Experience in conveyor maintenance and Fiix CMMS.

Work Environment
Our clean and climate-controlled facility adheres to strict food production sanitation and safety practices, including the use of beard/hair nets, smocks, and hand washing stations. You will work with a team of six technicians and two leads on each shift. The position requires your own slip-resistant shoes and involves working the 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with two Saturdays a month. Additionally, there is a yearly shutdown where maintenance works the entire seven days.

The pay range for this position is $30.75 - $30.75/hr.
