Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain and update employee data using spreadsheets and HR systems
Process onboarding requests, track progress, and ensure completion of all required steps
Assist with HR reporting, data validation, and audits once familiar with internal systems
Handle high-volume data entry related to onboarding cycles
Conduct virtual employment eligibility verifications
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR support role
Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in high-volume data entry
Experience conducting remote employment verifications
Proven ability to manage onboarding processes for large groups of new hires
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Comfortable performing manual, repetitive tasks and working with spreadsheet-based tracking tools
Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) such as Workday, Namely, or similar platforms
Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
Background in small HR teams, showing initiative and problem-solving skills
Exposure to HR project work such as data audits, process improvements, or system implementations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
