What You'll Do:
Maintain impeccably organized digital and physical case files Conduct factual investigations and compile payroll, personnel, and policy data Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence Manage critical deadlines and litigation calendars Coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings with clients and counsel Prepare exhibit sets, filing packages, and e-filings in compliance with court rules Track case progress and suggest strategic next steps to supervising attorneys What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in employment law, particularly wage and hour matters Strong organizational and communication skills Confidence in managing multiple priorities with acute attention to detail A professional, client-friendly demeanor and collaborative approach Why Apply:
