2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is common. Technical skills: Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshooting skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Tools & equipment: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
