Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking customer orders accurately and packing them for shipment in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick products according to order sheets or handheld scanners

Pack items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during shipping

Label packages with shipping information and verify shipping documents

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Conduct quality checks to ensure correct items are picked and undamaged

Restock shelves and report any inventory discrepancies

Follow safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to supervisors

Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) if trained Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Work Environment: Warehouse setting with varying temperatures

Shift-based schedules; overtime may be required during peak seasons
