Job Title: Picker and Packer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and securely packaging them for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities: Pick products from shelves or bins according to order sheets or scanners. Check items for damage, expiration, or inconsistencies before packing. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials. Label and tag packages accurately for shipping. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Meet performance targets for speed, accuracy, and quality. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic math and reading skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Familiarity with RF scanners or order management systems is a plus.
