• Repair and modify equipment in the maintenance shop as needed. • Perform maintenance on production equipment and utility systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly. • Maintain logbooks and list parts for ordering. • Keep shop equipment in good working condition. • Assist in solving technical problems on production machinery. • Maintain safety compliance at all times. • Be flexible for On-Call schedules, including weekends, overnights, and holidays. Perform other duties as advised.

Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years in a related maintenance/repair field. • Strong understanding of mechanical equipment (pumps, transmissions, etc.). • Basic knowledge of electrical circuitry and industrial control applications. • Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment efficiently. • Proficiency with basic hand tools and metalworking techniques. • Good analytical and observation skills. • Ability to document work accurately in logbooks. • Effective English communication skills (written and oral). Knowledge of safety SOPs and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). • Some technical school mechanical courses. • Knowledge of complex mechanical systems and component interfaces. • Experience balancing quality and efficiency under pressure. Ability to multi-task and follow routine instructions.
