Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full time occupational hand therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in San Diego, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from post-surgical cases, to non-operative conditions, to work conditioning. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other clinicians and therapists. Compensation

Salary Range starting at : $80,000.00 up to $110,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)

$5,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities

Collaboration : Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.

High Standard of Care : Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

Personalized Treatment : Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.

Relationship-Building : Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)-accredited school of occupational therapy

CPR certification

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic

Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
