About The Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Business Analyst
who will be part of our consulting team, working directly with clients across the United States and potentially on international projects in other countries. Business Analysts are responsible for providing technical support to business strategy and project execution, efficiently executing activities with a focus on high quality, while utilizing specific tools and methodologies related to the projects. Through data analysis, they uncover critical business issues, identify root causes, and support consultants and project leaders in tracking results and developing materials for recommendations and implementation progress. With a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning, they thrive in our fast-paced, engaging environment, contributing to the overall success of our client’s organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to business strategy and project execution.
Efficiently execute activities with a focus on high quality, utilizing specific tools and methodologies related to the projects.
Through data analysis, uncover critical business issues and identify root causes.
Support consultants and project leaders in tracking results and developing materials for recommendations and implementation progress.
Contribute to the overall success of client organizations with a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, emphasizing diligence, project delivery, continuous improvement, and customer service.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, utilizing industry-standard querying tools.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as BI, Tableau, and KNIME are a plus.
Basic knowledge of Data Modeling, Financials, Communication, and Project Management.
Advanced Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
