About The Company Fast-growing, high-ticket education company doing ~$450K/month in revenue — fully organic, zero paid ads. Founded by two top performers in their field, we deliver elite, small-group coaching that helps clients achieve life-changing financial results. We’re scaling to $1M+/month and need a Director of Sales to build and lead a high-performance remote team.
The Role You’ll own the entire sales function — from recruiting and training to systems, KPIs, and performance. The calendar will be full; your job is to make sure no qualified lead goes unclosed.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, train, and lead a team of 6+ closers and setters
Build comp plans, SOPs, and performance systems
Manage pipeline and metrics to hit $1M+/month
Partner with leadership on growth and scaling strategy
You Are
A top closer ready to lead, or a sales leader craving autonomy
Experienced in high-ticket sales (3–5+ years)
Data-driven, systems-oriented, and relentlessly performance-focused
Obsessed with ownership, speed, and results
