Job Description Join Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP as a Sage Intacct Consultant specializing in the Construction Vertical. The role is fully remote and involves delivering software solutions for implementation projects with high customer satisfaction. You will work directly with customers to implement Sage Intacct using our prescriptive methodology, ensuring on‑budget, on‑time delivery and successful adoption.
What You Will Do
Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for:
Managing multiple construction‑vertical projects and customers simultaneously.
Executing all implementation phases: consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing and migration.
Maintaining deep knowledge of Sage Intacct, including advanced modules and Sage Intacct CRE product functionality.
Configuring and implementing Sage Intacct based on customer processes and industry best practices.
Maintaining deep vertical knowledge of the construction industry.
Following a prescriptive implementation approach with templated project plans.
Coaching and mentoring junior implementation resources.
Conducting training for end‑users and relating system functionality to business operations.
Documenting business requirements into configurable software solutions.
Responding to technical support issues related to system implementation.
Designing and building industry‑specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Communicating prompt, concise, and friendly service to align with customer goals.
Contributing to knowledge repositories and enhancing repeatability of service delivery.
Mentoring Associate Solution Architects and Solution Architects on processes, modules, and project management.
Serving as an escalation point for project issues.
Learn and grow from direct on‑the‑job coaching, program participation, and firm‑wide learning opportunities.
Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong internal and client relationships.
Support the development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or MIS (with general understanding of accounting terms).
One or more years of consulting experience implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or SaaS solutions.
Vertical industry understanding in the construction space.
Experience end‑to‑end consulting through the software delivery life cycle or as an end‑user of such implementations.
Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Strong time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
Leadership, project management, organizational, analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
Microsoft Suite proficiency.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
The compensation range for this role is $85,910 to $162,890, influenced by skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
