Position Summary The NQDC junior Client Service Manager collaborates with senior Client Service Managers to assist them with existing and new NQDC clients, ensuring a client experience that meets and exceeds expectations. The role involves day‑to‑day administration of NQ plans, process standardization, and project support.

Essential Functions

Assist senior client service managers with implementation, tracking, monitoring, and maintenance of nonqualified benefit plan accounts.

Handle daily transactional processes with COLI carriers and/or Trustees.

Partner with the Plan Implementation/Onboarding team to onboard new clients.

Collaborate with Client Account Consultant, Design & Analysis, and COLI teams to ensure end‑to‑end service delivery.

Identify opportunities to scale and streamline processes.

Ensure timely and accurate client reporting, distributions, and reporting.

Document workflow processes for assigned clients.

Conduct annual enrollment meetings with clients, updating materials and communications.

Support project management tracking and documentation.

Create desktop service manuals for clients.

Maintain client records in accordance with firm processes and standards.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

1‑3 years of relevant financial services industry experience focusing on Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans.

Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet client deliverable time‑frames.

Extreme attention to detail.

Customer‑service orientation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Life insurance product knowledge with COLI knowledge a plus.

Strong project‑management and communication skills.

Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple projects across functional groups.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Positive contributor to an inclusive culture.

FINRA licensing may be a future requirement.
