The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to Cristcot’s CEO, working closely with internal teams, board members, clients, and external partners to drive the company’s objectives, including the successful launch of its inaugural ulcerative colitis (UC) therapy. This role requires a highly skilled professional with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinating board and investor meetings, organizing and securing files, and supporting strategic projects to ensure seamless execution of priorities. Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, contributing to process development and organizational scalability in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical/biotech environment. Schedule and prioritize meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO, including coordinating investor meetings and communications, resolving conflicts, and ensuring optimal time management. Plan and coordinate travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and organize materials for board meetings, executive meetings, and presentations, with meticulous attention to detail. Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Manage and secure digital and physical files, ensuring efficient organization and easy retrieval. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity. Qualifications

High School Diploma or Associate’s degree with demonstrated administrative experience; preferably a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or communications. 3–5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/tech, ideally supporting C‑suite executives. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams); tech‑savvy with a willingness to learn new systems. High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence; proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and flexibility for after‑hours or travel support. Must be able to be onsite in our Austin, TX office at least 2–3 times a week. Ability to travel up to 10%. Required Skills
