Job Description: Electrical Engineer We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience to apply their electrical engineering knowledge and grow in a fast‑paced, hands‑on R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for robotic and automation applications.

Design and develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts using tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.

Support the integration of sensors, actuators, motor drivers, and controllers into robotic prototypes and production systems.

Collaborate with mechanical, software, and robotics engineers to ensure proper hardware–software interfacing and system integration.

Conduct electrical simulations, signal analysis, and circuit testing to verify design functionality and performance.

Assist in prototype assembly, wiring, debugging, and testing, documenting findings and resolving issues during development.

Participate in field deployment and testing activities, collecting performance data and optimizing electrical systems.

Evaluate and select appropriate electrical and electronic components—including power supplies, connectors, and communication interfaces—based on project requirements.

Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BoMs), wiring documentation, and technical drawings according to company standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and development processes, promoting innovation, reliability, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

0–2 years of relevant experience in electrical design, embedded systems, or automation (internships, co‑ops, or academic projects strongly preferred).

Proficiency with electrical design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.

Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, sensors, actuators, and control systems.

Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, or PLC‑based control systems.

Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, MATLAB) for hardware testing or automation.

Strong technical documentation and communication skills, including the ability to create schematics, reports, and specifications.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Eagerness to learn, innovate, and solve complex engineering challenges in an evolving technology landscape.
