Job Description We are seeking a

motivated and detail-oriented Robotics Engineer

to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience to apply their robotics knowledge and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the

design, development, and testing of robotic systems , mechanisms, and automation solutions.

Develop and maintain

3D CAD models and assemblies

of robotic components using software such as

SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CREO .

Support the

integration of sensors, actuators, and controllers

into robotic prototypes and production systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including

mechanical, electrical, and software engineers —to ensure smooth integration of hardware and control systems.

Perform basic

kinematic, dynamic, and control system analyses

to support design decisions and motion planning.

Assist in

prototype fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing , documenting results and troubleshooting issues during development.

Participate in

field tests or deployment activities , collecting data and optimizing system performance.

Evaluate and select appropriate components such as

motors, drives, sensors, and controllers

based on project requirements.

Maintain and update

Bills of Materials (BoMs) , design documentation, and project records in accordance with company standards.

Contribute to the

continuous improvement of design and development practices , promoting innovation and efficiency across projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

0–2 years of relevant experience

in robotics or automation systems (internships, co-ops, or academic projects strongly preferred).

Proficiency in

3D CAD tools

such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CREO.

Fundamental understanding of

robotics principles , including kinematics, dynamics, sensors, actuators, and control systems.

Basic knowledge of

programming and simulation tools , such as MATLAB, Python, ROS (Robot Operating System), or Gazebo.

Familiarity with

embedded systems , microcontrollers, or PLC-based control systems.

Strong

technical communication and documentation skills , including the ability to prepare drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

A

collaborative mindset

and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Eagerness to

learn, innovate, and take initiative

in solving complex engineering problems.
