Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the HCM Strategy team as a Vice President in Product Management. The HCM Strategy team manages transformational initiatives - enhancing our employee experience, driving quantifiable automation benefits, and promoting resiliency - to serve our stakeholders within HCM and across the firm. Your role as a Vice President within this team requires you to drive the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM platforms and solutions. You will focus on transforming the employee experience by integrating systems across the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment to retirement. You will collaborate with HR, technology, and business leaders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and implement scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the HCM product vision and roadmap in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-wide HCM systems and tools.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex solution delivery, ensuring alignment to business strategy.
Develop business cases for new products and enhancements, including ROI and performance metrics.
Oversee user research, stakeholder interviews, and product feedback loops to inform decisions.
Partner with data, engineering, PMO, and HRIS teams for successful execution.
Stay abreast of emerging HR tech trends and incorporate innovation into product planning.
Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Manage vendor relationships including platform selection, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in HCM systems, HR technology, or digital product management.
Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and how technology can support each phase.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level HR transformations or systems rollouts.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with enterprise HCM systems including Oracle HCM Cloud.
