Job Details
Responsibilities: As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and operating agreements. 2. Providing closing support to clients and ensuring all legal requirements are met. 3. Reviewing title documents and resolving any issues that arise. 4. Representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes and eviction proceedings. 5. Advising clients on the legal aspects of joint ventures and other real estate transactions. 6. Representing clients in litigation related to real estate matters. 7. Staying updated on changes in real estate law and advising clients accordingly. 8. Collaborating with other attorneys in the firm to provide comprehensive legal support to clients.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a focus on both transactional and litigation matters. 4. Extensive experience with purchase and sale agreements, leases, drafting, title review, closing support, landlord-tenant disputes, operating agreements, eviction, and joint ventures. 5. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. 6. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
