The Work As a Scrum Master you’ll play a critical role in the implementation of a Composable ERP with SAP at its core. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee one of our cross‑functional agile teams’ development activities in support of the transition from multiple legacy SAP ECC instances to a streamlined S/4HANA transactional core. This core will be complemented by an Appian‑based engagement layer and MuleSoft integration. Your expertise in Scaled Agile will be vital in tracking and monitoring progress of the cross‑functional agile team development activities. The Scrum Master facilitates and guides the software development product owner, team, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles with a focus on improving team effectiveness. The Scrum Master leads discussions and decision making and assists in mediation of conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more SAP project teams

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress or productivity

Guide teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices

Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, define clear sprint goals, and prioritize deliverables

Work with SAP functional and technical resources to ensure successful sprint delivery

Track project metrics

Here’s what you need

4+ years of experience managing Agile projects

3+ years of experience in SAP project environments

Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies

ServiceNow experience

Net Experience

SAFe certification

Nice to have

SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementation experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements

U.S. Citizens only (no dual citizenship)

Ability to obtain a secret clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position is $93,400—$176,200 USD.
