Location: Washington, DC Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance Employment Type: Full-Time

An opportunity is available for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile project execution across a cross-functional team in a fast-paced government environment. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing deployment activities, and guiding project teams through all stages of the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage deployment schedules, coordinate testing efforts, and document release notes

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Support multiple Agile teams by providing tasking and adjusting to shifting priorities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand complex product interdependencies

Support Product Owners in maintaining and executing against prioritized product backlogs

Apply Lean-Agile principles and methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, or Scrum to guide process improvement

Foster team collaboration in virtual and in-person environments

Required Qualifications:

Experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master across multiple teams

Proficiency in Agile tools and practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and PI planning

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to coach and facilitate teams in a remote or hybrid environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Active Secret Clearance (must be held at time of application)

Desired Qualifications:

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification

Familiarity with the Advana Platform

Experience working in large-scale government or enterprise environments

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Agile or Scrum certifications highly desirable
