As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, championing behavior analytics for adults with autism spectrum disorder. This dynamic role entails shared responsibilities within our Adult Residential programs and Day Habilitation Centers, based out of
Raynham, MA . Your mission? To collaborate closely with the Clinical Program Director, offering invaluable support through training, supervision, and staff evaluation. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to directly engage with adults and their families, making a tangible difference in their lives.
Your Role in Action!
Leadership and Development: Take the reins and foster a team dedicated to clinical excellence. As a mentor and guide, you’ll empower fellow clinicians to reach new heights.
Collaboration: Join forces with national experts in autism, developmental disabilities, early intervention, brain injury, and behavioral health. Together, we’ll pioneer groundbreaking approaches to care.
Data Mastery: Dive deep into the data, tracking client progress and fine-tuning intervention strategies for optimal outcomes. Your keen analysis will drive our success.

Your Skills and Talents
Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply.
1+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
