Your Role: Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services. Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights. Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices , integrating new methods into clinical care. Maintain the highest ethical standards , ensuring compliance with ABA regulations. What You Bring: Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, ora relatedfield. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D). 1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs. Strongl eadership, problem-solving, and communicationskills .
