You will leverage your strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to provide exceptional support, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring they maximize their value. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. Benefits
