Electrical Engineer – Miami Office (Full-Time, On-Site)

RESTEKC Engineers is seeking a highly skilled
Electrical Engineer
to join our Miami office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and contribute to complex projects across multiple sectors in the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in electrical design
within
MEP‑FP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection)
systems and a strong understanding of
Florida Building Codes, NEC, and NFPA
standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical design for commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed‑use, and institutional projects.
Develop construction documents, power distribution systems, lighting design, and panel schedules.
Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural teams.
Review submittals, RFIs, and construction administration documents.
Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes and energy standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (P.E. license preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical design within the U.S. (Florida experience highly preferred).
Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.
Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and Florida Building Codes.
Proven track record working on a variety of projects including high‑rise residential, mixed‑use, hospitality, offices, and data centers.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Full‑time, on‑site position in our Miami Lakes office.
