Executive Assistant
to join their Human Capital team in San Francisco. This is a special role that is heavily project focused!

What You’ll Do
Masterfully manage calendars, travel, and confidential information
Orchestrate high‑profile meetings, events and conferences
Anticipate challenges and create solutions before they become issues
Lead scheduling, coordination and tracking for recruiting processes
Create presentation materials
Take ownership of key systems and databases
Collaborate with other top‑tier Executive Assistants to ensure flawless team support
What You Bring
5+ years of administrative experience within financial services
Recruiting experience strongly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise
Sharp communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle shifting priorities
Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
Comfort working in a hybrid 3:2 in‑office schedule
