Schedule:

Monday - Saturday onsite in SF office with availability after regular business hour

Comp: $100k - 180k + Quarterly Bonuses + Equity

The Role: As our Recruiter, you’ll lead full‑cycle recruiting across all teams—engineering, data science, product, GTM, and operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to build a world‑class team, shaping the future of AI hiring from the inside out.

What You’ll Do:

Own and execute full‑cycle recruitment across all departments

Build and maintain top‑tier pipelines for high‑impact roles

Partner with founders and department heads on hiring strategy

Champion a high‑touch candidate experience

Help refine and scale our internal hiring processes

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting in tech, ideally at a startup or leading tech firm

Deep understanding of technical roles (AI/ML, software engineering, etc.)

Experience hiring across business and technical functions

High‑urgency, high‑output operator who thrives in fast‑paced environments

Bachelor’s degree required

Resides in the city of San Francisco
