Director of Land Development Engineering The Land Development Director is responsible for leading and expanding the firm's land development practice in the Jacksonville Florida region. This role requires a strategic leader who understands market trends, regulatory requirements, and development opportunities in Florida. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in land development, strong industry relationships, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining credibility both within the firm and across the industry.

This leader will provide guidance to regional teams, collaborate across disciplines, and represent the firm as a key figure in the land development sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow the firm's land development practice in Jacksonville.

Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and key drivers in the land development industry.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, municipalities, and industry partners.

Provide strategic oversight on projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with local regulations.

Support teams across multiple geographies and contribute to the firm’s broader Land Development Community of Practice.
