Overview
The Bell Food Group is one of the leading food manufacturers in Europe. For the stable and future-oriented operation of our SAP system landscape, we are looking for an experienced leader who takes responsibility, shapes and achieves impact. In this role, you will lead the SAP Operating team and ensure that our SAP landscape runs reliably, securely and with high performance.

Responsibilities
Strategic and operational management of SAP operations within the Bell Food Group
Securing the stable, high-performance and secure operation of our SAP systems (e.g. ERP, S/4HANA, BI)
Planning and managing release changes, patches and updates
Monitoring and improving system availability and performance
Monitoring and improving security
Managing and coordinating external service providers
Responsibility for SAP license management and compliance requirements
Establishing and developing efficient operating processes and modern technologies
Monitoring and reporting KPIs as well as budget and cost responsibility
What you bring with you
Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or comparable training
Multi-year experience in SAP operations and sound knowledge of the SAP system landscape
Experience in the management of external partners and service providers
Strong project management skills, process optimization and solution orientation
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and leadership qualities (disciplinary leadership experience)
Confident communication in German and English (C-Level)
Quick comprehension and ability to understand complex interrelationships and convey them in an understandable way
