Bell Food Group, Indiana, Pennsylvania, us, 15705
Tradition meets technology - and you combine the two. Our production sites stand for quality, reliability and decades of experience. At the same time, we are consistently developing technologically: automation, networked systems, IoT and secure OT architectures are central building blocks of our future. This is exactly where you come in.
As Head of OT/IOT, you will take on group-wide responsibility for the strategic direction, further development and secure operation of our OT and IoT landscape. You are part of middle management and actively shape how we use technology today and think ahead tomorrow.
We can only consider applicants who are authorised to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA). We only consider direct applications.
With us you benefit from at least 25 vacation days. We use an electronic time capture system so that you can reward your overtime with additional days off.
Catering Culinary delights are very important to us: freshly prepared food in our staff restaurant, a lunch menu including soup and salad, water & tea and free fruit as well as high-quality products at greatly reduced prices await you in our outlet.
Mobility Benefit from our contribution to environmentally friendly mobility, convenient public transport connections and a free SBB GA travelcard!
Expand your knowledge with extensive training programmes, high-quality courses at the Coop Training Centre and a wide range of personal development opportunities.
You will develop and implement a company-wide OT and IoT strategy that combines efficiency, security and scalability.
You have overall responsibility for OT and IoT cybersecurity, including in accordance with NIS2, IEC 62443 and internal security guidelines.
You build robust security architectures, standards and guidelines and continuously develop them further.
You ensure a clear separation or defined integration of IT and OT networks - technically clean and organisationally coordinated.
You plan, accompany and evaluate audits, risk analyses and penetration tests in the OT environment.
You are responsible for the OT toolbox: selection, further development and standardisation of the tools and platforms used.
You work closely with IT, Production, Technology, Engineering and external partners - at eye level and solution-orientated.
You support and empower the central and local OT teams and ensure clear roles, structures and collaboration.
You identify new technologies, trends and innovations that improve automation, transparency and security.
You develop people: Coaching, competence building and knowledge transfer are key management tasks for you.
You take responsibility for resources and budgets and ensure sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
What you bring with you
Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, automation technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in the field of OT systems, industrial automation, IoT architectures or smart devices.
Very good knowledge of the Siemens world, especially WinCC, control systems and OSIsoft PI.
