Job Summary Pulse Radiology Institute, an Edcetera company, is seeking an engaging and detail-oriented MRI Instructor and Clinical Coordinator Assistant.

As an MRI Instructor you are responsible for the instruction of students via lectures and demonstrations in the online setting according to program objectives and course syllabi. Each instructor teaches material from the approved curriculum and develops daily lesson plans which are to be received by the Program Director and/or Campus President at the beginning of each academic semester. Instructors maintain and report student grades as mandated by the registrar’s office and attend any mandatory school in-service programs or corporate events (such as graduation or corporate meetings). Students are to be contacted by email or phone when not logging in Canvas. Instructors report to the Program Director and ultimately to the Campus President.

Additionally, as a Clinical Assistant, you will support and assist the clinical team with any clinical externship related items such as scheduling and managing students, teaching a clinical course and/or assisting in MRI simulation activities.

Key Responsibilities • Responsible for maintaining a minimum teaching commitment of up to twelve (12) credit hours per semester at the discretion of the Program Director and assisting the clinical team with all aspects of the clinical externship. • Submit lesson plans, student grades and other instructionally related documents in a timely and efficient manner. • Design and complete instructional programs for assigned courses, including scope and sequence, curriculum handbooks, student and facilitator handbooks and weekly lesson plans as applicable. •

Develop and produce instructional materials. •

Consult with the Program Director on curriculum, course materials and activities. •

Evaluate student mastery of learning objectives. •

Incorporate technology as applicable into the course for improved instruction. •

Provide an engaging educational environment by cultivating participation and incorporating unique teaching techniques for an overall optimal learning experience. •

Recommend improved structure and process for instruction and student assessment. • Maintain consistent communication with enrolled students, including educational engagement, feedback, and constructive guidance. •

Responsible for retention and student interaction. • Communicate relevant student feedback on curricula to inform future curricula development. •

Respond promptly and professionally to prospective student inquiries via email, text, and phone. • Assist the clinical team with all aspects of the clinical externship including but not limited to scheduling and managing students, teaching a clinical course and/or assisting in MRI simulated activities. • Performs other related duties as required and seen fit by the Program Director and/or Campus President. • Uphold company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications • Candidate must hold B.S. in Radiography plus ARRT and/or ARMRIT MRI Certification or an A.S. in Radiography plus ARRT and/or ARMRIT MRI certification and a minimum of two (2) years of MRI experience. • MRI Certification required. • High ethical standards and integrity. • Proficient in technological skills, including LMS systems, webinar platforms, etc. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups effectively. •

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. •

Candidate must be well organized, proactive, and willing to help students in various ways to increase positive student outcomes. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Prior MRI teaching experience is preferred.
