Employment Law Attorney
with a strong background in
class, collective, or wage and hour litigation . This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful cases involving wage theft, misclassification, and employee rights under state and federal law. What You’ll Do
Represent plaintiffs in
class, collective, and wage/hour litigation
under FLSA and state labor laws. Provide legal counsel and strategy on wage compliance, overtime, and classification issues. Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements. Support clients through administrative hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Review and update employment policies and compensation practices for compliance. Stay current on changes in federal and state wage/hour law. What You Bring
J.D.
from an accredited law school and
active Washington Bar license
(required). 3+ years of experience
in employment law, with at least 2 years focused on
class or wage/hour litigation . Strong understanding of FLSA, state wage laws, and employee classification. Exceptional legal writing and research skills; trial or hearing experience preferred. Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases and deadlines. Compensation & Structure
