Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney
The role is at a fast-growing prestigious plaintiff-side employment law firm specializing in wage and hour class actions for both the San Diego and Seattle offices.
Base Pay Range $125,000/yr – $250,000/yr (base) with bonus potential $50k–$150k+ tied to settlements and performance.
Firm Overview The boutique firm runs 40–50 cases per attorney annually, focusing on wage‑and‑hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employee‑side litigation. Attorneys drive real cases with modern CRM, streamlined processes, and AI tools to reduce busywork.
Responsibilities
Handle 40–50 cases per year, predominantly wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employee‑side litigation.
Draft pleadings, argue motions, manage settlements, and coordinate with paralegal support.
Collaborate with partners and senior litigators; participate in mentorship and firm strategy.
Qualifications
Strong academic record (~3.4 GPA) for first-year attorneys; seasoned attorneys evaluated on performance and experience.
Willingness to transition from defense to plaintiff work; familiarity with both sides of employment litigation.
Ability to work 8:30 am–5:00 pm with occasional after‑hours; hybrid schedule available.
