Our I/O Health team works with some of the largest, most innovative pharma and healthcare companies in the world to help them reach consumers, healthcare providers, and protect their reputation in a rapidly changing environment. We’re seeking a hands‑on technical leader to step into a newly‑defined Director role in North America. What you’ll do

Master Monitoring & Analytics: Take a leading role in managing our news and social media monitoring dashboard. This includes writing and editing sophisticated boolean queries to ensure data accuracy and relevance, and diving deep into the results to uncover critical insights and trends for our health clients.

Drive GEO/SEO Product Strategy: Be the engine for our GEO/SEO product, responsible for reading and interpreting Large Language Model (LLM) outputs. Your primary focus will be on creating actionable and innovative strategies based on these insights to enhance our clients’ digital presence.

Master Data Visualization: Transform complex data sets and analytical outputs into clear, compelling, and insightful data visualizations. Using our business intelligence tool, Domo, you will be critical in helping internal teams and clients understand the story behind the data.

Develop Intelligent Agents: Bring structure to our agentic future from the back end. You will take the lead in designing and creating the intelligent agents that automate and optimize our workflows.

Be the Technical Integrator: Act as a key connector between our analytics teams, product development squads, and client‑facing teams. You will ensure that the technical capabilities of our AI tools are effectively translated into strategic value for our health clients.

Must-have chops

8–12+ years of experience spanning data analytics, data science, digital strategy, or a related technical field with clear exposure to AI technologies.

Proven, hands‑on experience creating and editing sophisticated boolean queries for data extraction and analysis, particularly for news and social media monitoring.

Demonstrated expertise in creating insightful data visualizations using business intelligence tools. Direct experience with Domo is a major plus, but proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is also highly valued.

Strong grasp of Gen AI platforms and experience reading and interpreting LLM outputs to inform strategy.

Experience designing or building AI agents, chatbots, or other automated workflow solutions.

Experience working with or for pharma and healthcare brands.

Direct experience with GEO/SEO products and a deep understanding of search algorithms.

Proficiency in a programming language like Python or R.

Salary range: $115,000 USD – $140,000 USD

Weber Shandwick is seeking a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mind to help pull and analyze data, extracting deep insights using the systems and tools we are designing in‑house. You will be able to leverage data to uncover insights and tell compelling stories.

The Junior Analyst will join the New York Analytics + Intelligence team, to focus on delivering impactful analytics insights and research that is core to the marketing and communications of our clients.

This position will be dedicated to several of Weber Shandwick’s largest and most important client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

Gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing many diverse data points, methodologies, and perspectives to create analysis for our clients

Leveraging a variety of descriptive and inferential statistical methods to analyze data from multiple sources

Collaborating closely with project leads and cross‑functional teams to infuse all aspects of the work with data‑driven insights and measurement

Utilizing tools and platforms designed to automate and accelerate data collection, integration and analysis. Examples: Google Analytics, Domo, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.

Generating insightful reports

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, with major in business or STEM preferred

1‑3 years of full‑time experience; prior marketing analytics or consulting experience is a plus

Strong interest and capacity to translate data and research into strategic insights and recommendations

Passion for working with data and deriving insights to answer client business questions

Ability to manipulate and leverage large scale data leveraging tools including but not limited to Tableau, Google Data Studio, Domo, Excel, etc.

Experience with social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Quid, Brandwatch is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in an integrated team setting.

Strong communication (written and presentation) skills.

NY Salary Range – $52,000 – $54,000

Weber Shandwick is seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. You will be joining a team of business strategists, data scientists and data engineers to build innovative data solutions and would work at the intersection of Data Engineering and Applied Generative AI.

The Senior Data Engineer will design, build, test, implement and maintain data solutions that support clients’ Enterprise Analytics. The incumbent will work with multiple technology partners to provision and maintain a data infrastructure used for media analyses. The role will work closely with business analysts and data scientists to ensure the platform meets business demands.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

Optimize SQL queries and database performance for analytical and operational workloads.

Implement data quality, governance, and security best practices.

Applied AI:

Collaborate with data scientists to productionize AI/ML models, including Generative AI solutions.

Integrate Gen AI solutions into business workflows, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Platform & Tooling:

Leverage cloud platforms (preferably GCP) for data engineering and AI workloads.

Develop dashboards, reports, or visualizations (Qlik experience is a plus).

Automate data workflows and implement CI/CD for data pipelines and AI services.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer using proven, industry‑leading cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure

Proficiency coding in Python for data processing, automation, and AI/ML workflows.

Advanced SQL

skills for complex data manipulation, optimization, and analytics.

Knowledge of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).

Creative‑minded individual, enjoys open‑ended problems and challenging the status quo

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Ability to conduct independent work and manage projects from beginning to end

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant GCP or AWS certifications

Experience with social media data and APIs

Working knowledge of BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.

Experience working in a consulting company or agency
