Position: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Kinesiology-related field
• Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport
• Experience working with general population
• Experience training around pain and injury

Responsibilities

• Execute up to (35) training sessions per week
• Utilize the TrueCoach programming platform
• Construct individualized training programs for 10+ Monarch members
• Collaborate with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments
