Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients as they prefer.
- Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in‑person, over the phone or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
$11.00 - $27.00 per hour.
