BigIron, a premier farm equipment and land auction company headquartered in Nebraska, is seeking an exceptional Sales Recruiter to source and interview sales candidates across the Midwest. The Sales Recruiter is a high-level recruiting professional focused on building a strong, comprehensive recruitment pipeline of qualified sales representatives across various verticals and role profiles. This position prospects daily, secures and conducts appointments virtually, builds solid relationships as they sell the BigIron Value Propositions, and guides leads through the process of joining BigIron. This proactive recruiting role follows the direction, standards and guidelines set forth by the Talent Acquisition Team and Sales Leadership team to maximize the opportunities for growing the sales force.

- Run point on hiring. Drive the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding—so every new hire is ready to crush quota on day one.

- Interview like a pro. Conduct engaging virtual interviews, deliver flawless hand-offs to hiring managers, and ensure candidates enjoy a seamless, first-class experience.
- Network relentlessly. Cold-call, DM, text, and connect at industry events—overcoming every objection to land the best talent before the competition does.

Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years’ previous direct recruiting experience, preferably recruiting for a staffing agency or actual sales recruiting for an organization.
- Prior experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to control the full cycle recruiting process.
- Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Experience successfully prospecting and converting in a sales environment.
- Experience in leading a brand image and strategy as a brand ambassador in a recruiting environment is a plus.
- Superb customer service experience and phone skills.
- Sales-oriented work environment experience is a plus.
- Prior experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing and other avenues to source candidates to build a strong pipeline.
- Prior experience attending industry and relevant network events to connect with potential candidates.
- Basic math skills.
