Position Summary

The People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting a positive employee experience while ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes across benefits, talent management, and general People & Culture operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating an engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience Support Assist in implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Serve as a resource for employees, answering general People & Culture inquiries. Benefits Administration
Coordinate logistics for open enrollment sessions and other benefits-related events. Prepare and distribute benefits communication materials and assets. Support administrative tasks related to benefits programs. Talent Management Support
Assist with administrative processes for performance reviews, including scheduling and tracking completion. Provide logistical support for training programs and development initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation for talent management activities. General People & Culture Operations
Pitch in on ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations. Provide front desk coverage during breaks as needed Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or administrative support preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Total Rewards The base salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first-class benefits, which include:
