Account Supervisor, Brand – Overview
This role sits on Elevate’s Brand team. The Brand vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. As part of this, Elevate is committed to building greater diversity, equality and inclusion within our organization and in the programs we create for our brand partners. The Account Supervisor will report to the Director, Brand and is responsible for the day to day management related to our roster of experiential clients. A successful candidate comes with experience activating brands throughout sports and entertainment; will be a proven team player, very proactive, a problem solver, exceptionally organized, have great project management and execution skills, have a strong attention to detail and immediately make a meaningful contribution to the overall success of the team. The individual must thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment, be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities, as well as transition across many different functions and clients based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Effectively own client experiential projects from start to finish including client relationship management, budget planning and project management
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s industry, products, brand priorities and competitive landscape
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and motivate external partners to deliver effective work
Provide upfront client briefing to understand their goals, objectives, target audience, and KPIs for each brand experience and/or activation
Lead program‑specific client communication, develop trusted client relationships
Effectively lead work through the agency system, including with our internal teammates with insights, creative, legal and finance
Create and maintain event timelines, staffing plans, ensuring events are executed on time
Maintain key account management tools including trackers, status reports, weekly agendas, and internal documentation
Maintain accurate project budgets and ensure timely reconciliation aligned with clients
Project manage experiential and activation logistics including but not limited to production build, property management, venue management, contract negotiations, staffing, transportation, catering, security, equipment rentals and all other operational needs
Ensure smooth on‑site management of events, including overseeing the set‑up, operation, and break‑down of all event components
Produce high‑quality presentation materials including activation plans, athlete/influencer profiles, and recap reports
Identify areas of opportunity to improve programs year over year to serve business needs
Demonstrate strong managerial skills of small teams, understanding when to delegate and when to elevate
Allocate tasks to team members based on strengths and skillsets
Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure all aspects of the event are executed seamlessly
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of relevant brand experiential experience
Sports agency experience preferred
A curious mindset with strong work ethic
Knowledge and experience within brand management, specifically experiential activations
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams to execute programs
Ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple partners and programs
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to present ideas, activation plans, and recap results
Real‑time industry knowledge and relationships in sports + entertainment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets) Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Position And Benefit Details
Compensation - $70,000- $80,000 salary
Full Time, Exempt
