This position will oversee all financial operations, accounting, and FP&A, playing a crucial part in aligning financial activities with our company’s objectives. You will provide insights and strategic recommendations to guide financial decisions, lead the FP&A function in monitoring performance and key metrics, and manage capital allocation and financing strategies to ensure our financial stability. Your responsibilities will also include directing risk frameworks and ensuring compliance with GAAP through effective internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a CPA is highly preferred. We require a minimum of 10-20 years of progressive experience in accounting and FP&A, showcasing a solid record of leadership within the wealth management or broader financial services sectors. Your technical skills should include proficiency in financial reporting and ERP systems, advanced Excel capabilities, and data modeling expertise. A thorough understanding of investment advisory services, regulatory compliance, and multi-entity consolidations in the wealth management realm is vital for success in this role.
