Job Summary and Responsibilities Staff Pharmacist who, under general supervision, is responsible for the delivery and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided to patients using the medication use process (selecting, prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring of medications).

Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
Current Arizona Pharmacist License in good standing
American Heart Association BLS
Preferred Qualifications
One year hospital experience
Strong clinical pharmacy skills
Previous experience with hospital pharmacy computer systems

Pay Range $54.76 - $81.45 /hour
