The Role We’re excited to be working exclusively with a scaling advertising technology business, on the hunt for a Senior Publisher Sales Manager – CTV. Our client is an omnichannel advertising technology platform built to deliver meaningful, measurable business outcomes for branding and performance objectives, while enabling publishers to maximize yield through high-value demand. With 150+ people globally, and a strong footprint in North America and EMEA, the business is scaling at a significant pace, and this newly created Senior Publisher Sales Manager role will play a key part in driving further success in the US market.
Reporting into the Head of Business Development & Partnerships this is an individual contributor role, owning the full BD cycle. You’ll be a core member of the supply team, tasked with bringing on and maximizing revenue opportunities for new publisher partners in the Connected TV (CTV) and Streaming space, from OEMs and AVOD apps to broadcasters and MVPDs. You’ll own all phases of the business development lifecycle, from sourcing, pitching, negotiating and contracting, to onboarding/integration coordination.
You
5–8 years of experience in advertising technology sales, with 2+ years spent in CTV publisher development
Strong network of decision-makers across the CTV ecosystem including OEMs, AVOD apps, broadcasters, and MVPDs
Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding new business and revenue targets
Deep understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystems, and specific knowledge of core CTV advertising technologies and standards: oRTB, VAST, header bidding, ad podding, SSAI, SDKs, etc.
