Portfolio Manager, Fund Finance

A top-performing commercial bank is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager for their well-established Fund Finance business in the U.S. This individual will work with the Managing Directors of the Western regions and other team members in structuring, underwriting and managing a portfolio of loans within the Fund Finance space. This position handles needs for a wide array of borrowers with different credit structures and depository requirements.

Responsibilities

Must have experience in underwriting loans within the Fund Finance space.

Lead and manage the U.S. teams (15 people) of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts.

Structure, underwrite, and manage a portfolio of loans within the Fund Finance space.

Handle needs for a wide array of borrowers with different credit structures and depository requirements.

Qualifications

10+ years of banking experience with direct portfolio management experience.

Strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and strong knowledge in fund finance loans.
