Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Participation in the management of the general ledger, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
Responsibility for the accounting and financial oversight of our UK subsidiary (SMTC UK)
Involvement in tax-related matters, with a particular focus on withholding tax and value-added tax (VAT) in an international context
Support during audits as well as in tax reporting (excluding corporate income tax)
Active involvement in corporate-wide projects such as mergers, restructurings, and financial turnarounds
Assistance with international entity migrations and tax planning initiatives
Ensuring compliance with both local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Collaboration with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities
Your profile
Education in Finance and Accounting (University of Applied Sciences or University level)
Advanced continuing education in Taxation
Several years of professional experience in an industrial, fiduciary, or audit environment
Strong knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT) and withholding tax, particularly in an international context
Experience with international subsidiaries is considered an asset
Strong analytical skills, a high degree of independence, and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
Proficient in SAP FICO and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage
