We are looking for an experienced professional to support supply chain applications such as Control Tower and TMS, and provide data science inputs for our integrated supply chain strategy. The role involves attending to critical and major production issues, driving process alignment, and acting as a liaison between business end‑users and system development teams.

Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of transportation and control tower solutions along with backend data architecture.
Work on multiple projects and deliverables from design through implementation and user adoption.
Possess strong root‑cause and problem‑solving capability, including driving design and development of preventive solutions with IT partners.
Lead the creation of test plans and support SIT and UAT phases.
Analyze large datasets to identify root‑cause analysis of complex issues and uncover solutions, trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify KPIs and develop dashboards and reports to monitor supply chain performance.
Support global rollouts of multiple transportation and fulfillment systems across various geographies.
Translate business requirements into application and data requirements, offering recommendations for solutions or process improvements.
Develop, maintain, and establish operational specifications for transportation systems—including information flow, configuration setup, testing, and ad hoc reporting.
Provide testing support through SIT and UAT phases of the project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the supply chain technology field.
Strong data science, root‑cause analysis, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of SQL and API/EDI integrations.
Experience with ERP, AWS, TMS, and supply chain visibility systems.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to produce results with minimal direction.
Strong consultative, analytical, and collaborative skills.
Detail‑oriented, team‑player with a sense of urgency and strong follow‑up skills.
Desire to learn new technical tools and software.
Understanding of application development / configuration process.
