Responsibilities
Implement Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations for large organizations; manufacturing preferred.
Gather requirements, design prototypes, and test Workday Time Tracking and Absence through to Payroll.
Build and maintain Workday Reporting & Analytics.
Manage scheduling and attendance tracking complexities.
Deep understanding of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Interact and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross‑functional teams to generate confidence and trust.
Qualifications
3+ years experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations.
3+ years experience gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence through to Payroll.
3+ years proven ability building and maintaining Workday Reporting & Analytics.
Knowledge of Scheduling and Attendance Tracking.
Deep understanding of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross‑functional teams in a positive manner that generates confidence and trust.
Education & Experience
Workday Time Tracking & Absence certification preferred.
Bilingual helpful but not necessary.

$35.00 – $38.00 per hour.
