We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. If you’re ready to jump into the sales world and play a key role in our growth, while growing your own skills and career, keep reading.

Location :

Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000

Year 1 On Target Earnings Range : $70,000 - $85,000

Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are enthusiastic about generating curiosity with complete strangers. This is a fundamental role to launch a sales career. You are focused on generating new leads for our sales teams. As an SDR at PivIT Global you will receive continuing sales education as you look to identify, contact, and qualify potential clients. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Target Start Date: 1 January 2025

What You’ll Do

New Account Outreach: Reach out to prospective new clients. Cold calls, emails, and social.

Prospecting: Identifying new accounts and contacts that match PivIT’s ideal customer profile

Start New Relationships: Create interest with prospects. Understand their needs and challenges. Introduce them to the right PivIT solutions.

Support Sales: Work to support our Account Executives (Sales team) by sharing insights, and facilitating introductory meetings between them. Support mid and late stage deals in the pipeline as needed by Account Executive.

Work directly with the SDR Manager to constantly grow your skills, evaluate performance, and understand what drives results.

Process Creation: Identify and document best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience

What’s Nice to Have

Cold calling, SDR, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Tech/Tools: experience using Microsoft Office, HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Seamless, or any similar tools
