About The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Fullstack Developer with strong backend expertise and the ability to build scalable Single Page Applications (SPA) on the frontend. This role will focus heavily on backend development but also requires solid UI skills for modern, responsive applications. You will be working on mission-critical systems that handle large-scale money movement and payment processing, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead backend development using .NET 8+ and C#. Build and enhance REST APIs and microservices-based architectures. Work with complex SQL queries, data processing, and performance tuning. Contribute to SPA frontend development (2030% of role). Ensure smooth deployments through CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Kubernetes preferred). Collaborate across onshore/offshore teams, and provide guidance or mentorship where needed. Take ownership of problems, be proactive in identifying and fixing issues without waiting for direction.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of professional development experience. Strong expertise in .NET 8+, C#, REST API, and microservices. Hands-on experience with SQL Server (complex queries, data cleansing, optimization). Experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred). Knowledge of CI/CD and containers (Kubernetes a plus). Strong problem-solving attitude, accountability, and ability to work in complex environments.

Nice-to-Have

Prior experience as a technical lead. Background in financial services or payment systems.
