Radiologic Tech – AdventHealth Shawnee Mission
Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by a licensed practitioner (Radiologist/Surgeon). Exercises professional judgment in service performance and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedure(s).
Schedule & Shift Schedule:
Full Time
Shift:
40 Hours per week, 7 AM – 5:30 PM, four 10‑hour shifts, rotating call, rotating holidays.
Location AdventHealth Shawnee Mission – 9100 West 74th Street, Merriam, KS 66204.

Maintains all essential job functions of the Diagnostic Technologist.
Rotates on‑call status.
Performs radiographic/imaging procedures.
Assists licensed practitioner with fluoroscopic and specialized interventional radiography procedures.
Verifies informed consent for and assists a licensed practitioner with interventional procedures.
Qualifications
Associate degree or Graduate of a Technical School – required.
ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – required.
BCLS – Basic Life Support obtained through the American Heart Association – required.
Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) upon hire – required.

Salary & Compensation The salary range reflects the anticipated base pay range for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience and other relevant factors within this pay range.
