Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with exposure to the development of a variety of product types.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents related to commercial real estate.
Advise clients on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations affecting commercial real estate.
Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active Virginia State Bar license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and property laws.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
